Program Highlights-
This strength and conditioning program is designed specifically for aged 13 and older, focusing on enhancing strength, power and conditioning during the post-season.
Each session will integrate weights, off feet and on field conditioning to improve athletic performance and agility. The program emphasizes progressive overload to ensure continuous strength gains while incorporating a variety of drills that promote explosive movements, overall conditioning flexibility and mobility. This balanced approach aims to build a solid foundation for future athletic success while helping young athletes maximise their potential during this crucial development phase.
Testing will consist of the Bronco test, medicine ball throw, vertical jump, push-ups, chin-ups, bench press, and squats Week 1 and again in Week 8 to track progress and achieve targeted goals.
